Amy Strouse is an elected member of the Middletown Township Board of Supervisors and currently works as a senior advisor for Avascent, a management consulting firm. At Avascent Amy advises senior executives on strategy and business operations in the federal, state, and commercial healthcare markets. Amy is also an experienced facilitator, guiding teams through planning, decision making, and idea generation and evaluation using collaborative human-centered design techniques.
She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Oklahoma where she earned a B.A. in economics and international business. She received her master’s in international finance and international relations at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies. Amy later earned a master’s certificate in healthcare information technology from George Washington University.
Amy further serves the community through groups such as Toys for Tots, the United Way of Bucks County Knock Out Hunger program, and as a presenter for the annual #girlSTEM conference for middle school girls in Bucks County. She and her husband Kevin reside in Langhorne and have three children: six-year-old Walter, four-year-old Charlotte, and one-year-old Julia.
