Second Vice President
As an educator, Carolyn Cowgill has worked as a Learning Consultant designing programs with parents and teachers to meet the needs of special students K-12 in Lawrenceville, N.J. public schools. She has also directed the Lawrenceville district-wide English as a Second Language program K-12.
Currently, Carolyn is Public Policy Chair for Doylestown AAUW (American Association of University Women). In the past, she has served as Doylestown AAUW’s president and program chair.
Carolyn Cowgill is on the Board of VGIF, an international fund which awards small grants to help women and girls in developing countries become self-sufficient. She is also a founder and Membership Convener for Women Graduates-USA which is an online United States branch of IFUW (International Federation of University Women) promoting awareness and advocacy for national and international women’s issues.
