Martricia O’Donnell McLaughlin has practiced law based in Northampton County since 1979. As an assistant district attorney, she was the first Chief Prosecutor as for Northampton County’s Domestic Abuse Prosecution unit where she focused on “victimless prosecutions”, and police training in protocols for handling domestic violence situations. Martricia is a certified Mediator since 2010 with an emphasis on elder issues in mediation. She is a former adjunct professor at Moravian College in Bethlehem, having taught courses primarily on Women and the Law.
Martricia has a long-term commitment to non-violence and conflict resolution. She has served on the Board of Directors of a variety of community organizations, including the Easton YWCA and the Northampton County Drug and Alcohol Commission. As a member of LEPOCO, she has engaged in peace advocacy and worked on congressional campaigns. Martricia has resided in Bucks County since 2008.
